选中词语后按下已配置的快捷键，保存词语、附近文本及来源；单词采集不会打断当前选择。
YouTube 字幕
从当前屏幕上可见的字幕中挑选词语，并记住视频位置；词语选择结束后恢复原来的播放状态。
PDF 与复习
在 Chrome 的 PDF 阅读器中通过选中文本的右键菜单保存；在单词本中查看来源、翻译和复习记录。
由你决定何时同步
单词本先保存在本地。
EchoWords 将单词本保存在当前 Chrome 配置文件。点击“推送本地到云端”时，才会向你授权的 Google Drive 隐藏应用数据目录上传完整单词本；点击“从云端更新本地”时，才会下载并合并云端记录。
同步需要 Google 授权。捕获词语不会自动触发上传，也不需要 EchoWords 账号。

Keep the words
you meet.
Save words from articles, visible YouTube captions, and PDF selections with the context in which you found them. Return to your own vocabulary notebook to review.
While reading
A word can carry the echo of where you found it.
Capture
Save a word when you find it.
Articles
Select text and use your configured shortcut to save the word, nearby text, and source. Single-word capture preserves your selection.
YouTube captions
Pick words from the captions currently visible on screen and save the video position. Playback returns to its previous state when you finish.
PDFs and review
Save a PDF selection through Chrome’s context menu. Review saved sources, translations, and practice history in your notebook.
You choose when to sync
Your notebook starts locally.
EchoWords keeps your notebook in your current Chrome profile. Selecting “Push local to cloud” uploads the full notebook to your authorized Google Drive hidden app data folder. Selecting “Update local from cloud” downloads and merges cloud records.
Sync requires Google authorization. Capturing words never starts an upload, and no EchoWords account is needed.
